MOCK INSPECTIONS
Years of working on USCG inspected vessels taught me that most owners and operators are not fully prepared for inspections. I offer the equivalent of a typical USCG inspection, without shelling out a fortune for certified surveyors. As in-depth as desired, I can perform annual topside inspections as well as the semi-annual dry dock inspection (hull inspections for steel hulled vessels only).
A vessel that looks ready impresses the Coast Guard, builds a better reputation with them and can prevent delays in operation that costs extraordinary amounts of money.
Intensive walkthrough of all spaces specifically focusing on plumbing, electrical and and structural issues.
Check over all paperwork to ensure its up to date and accurate
Ride along and assist with drills
Examine all critical and safety systems throughout vessel
Finish with a customized check off list to prepare the vessel for day of inspection
